So much promise but in the end almost a complete washout. Speaking as a former military pilot, I always like to see the Red Arrows perform, however I think that bringing them to Salcombe was ill conceived if well intentioned. We have more than enough people visiting Salcombe during Regatta week without burdening the town with an extra number of undefinable quantity. The resoucres of the town, the harbour staff, the yacht club and the local police are stretched far enough as it is.
